New Cisco CCNP Certifications Go Live February 24, 2020!
On February 24, 2020 Cisco certifications will be getting a big face-lift. No longer will you need to take the CCNP Route, Switch and Troubleshooting exams. Instead you will only need to take one for which ever domain you like. For example, starting on February 24, 2020 you will only need to take one exam: the ENCOR 300-401 exam to match the equivalent of all three prior CCNP Routing and Switching exams put together! This is an area of debate however because of the amount of material packaged together that you will need to study for in order to get the new CCNP Enterprise Core certification. For instance, the new CCNP Enterprise ENCOR 300-401 exam covers architecture, virtualization, infrastructure (in general!), network assurance, security and AUTOMATION! That’s a lot to study for. So, if you don’t want to have to study for all that which includes the additional subjects like automation then you should hurry up and take your ROUTE, SWITCH and TSHOOT exams before February 24, 2020.
If you already have your CCNP Routing and Switching Certification, have no fear because you will automatically gain two additional certifications: Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Core and Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation.
